Role Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced SAP CO & Material Ledger Consultant to support enterprise finance transformation and SAP implementation initiatives. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), Material Ledger, product costing, inventory valuation, and integration with SAP Financial Accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP Controlling (CO), including Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

- Implement and maintain Material Ledger functionality for material valuation and actual costing.

- Configure standard costing, cost estimates, costing variants, valuation variants, and costing runs.

- Support actual costing, periodic unit price calculation, price determination, and inventory revaluation.

- Analyze material price differences, production variances, and cost component splits.

- Integrate SAP CO and Material Ledger with FI, MM, PP, and other relevant SAP modules.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including allocations, settlements, and reconciliation.

- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.

- Support data migration, configuration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support for costing and valuation processes.

- Prepare configuration documentation, process flows, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 15 years of relevant SAP CO and Material Ledger consulting experience.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Controlling and Material Ledger configuration.

- Hands-on experience with Product Cost Planning and Product Cost Controlling.

- Understanding of standard costing, actual costing, inventory valuation, and material price determination.

- Knowledge of cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, internal orders, and variance analysis.

- Strong understanding of integration between SAP CO, FI, MM, and PP.

- Experience with functional specifications, testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Material Ledger.

- Exposure to SAP implementation, rollout, conversion, or global template projects.

- Knowledge of Universal Journal and changes to costing and valuation processes in S/4HANA.

- Experience supporting complex manufacturing or inventory-intensive business environments.
