SAP Cloud ALM Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (Cloud ALM) implementation, administration, monitoring, and test management. The candidate will support SAP implementation and migration projects by managing business processes, testing, integrations, deployments, and application monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, administer, and maintain SAP Cloud ALM solutions.

- Support Process Management and Process Authoring activities.

- Configure and manage Test Management, Test Execution, and Defect Management.

- Monitor business processes, system health, integrations, and application performance.

- Manage Change and Deployment Management (CDM) activities.

- Work with SAP Cloud Transport Management Service (CTMS) for transport and deployment processes.

- Support SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects.

- Configure monitoring capabilities to identify integration issues and support timely resolution.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams to ensure effective ALM implementation.

- Troubleshoot SAP Cloud ALM configuration, monitoring, testing, and deployment issues.

- Prepare process documentation, test reports, defect logs, and deployment-related documentation.

- Support continuous improvement of SAP implementation and application lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP environments.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).

- Experience in SAP Cloud ALM implementation, configuration, and administration.

- Strong knowledge of Process Management and Process Authoring.

- Experience with Test Management, Test Execution, and Defect Management.

- Knowledge of Business Process Monitoring, Health Monitoring, and Integration Monitoring.

- Experience with Change and Deployment Management (CDM).

- Understanding of Cloud Transport Management Service (CTMS).

- Exposure to SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating SAP Cloud ALM with SAP Signavio.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration.

- Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementation and migration projects.

Important Candidate Requirement :

- Actual hands-on SAP Cloud ALM experience is mandatory. Candidates with only SAP ALM or HP ALM testing experience, without SAP Cloud ALM exposure, will not be considered.
