About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CFIN (Central Finance) professional with 10+ years of experience to join our SAP Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Central Finance implementation, integration, configuration, and support, along with a good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and financial business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to SAP CFIN implementation, rollout, and support projects.

- Configure and manage SAP Central Finance functionalities in alignment with business requirements.

- Work on source-system integration and data replication into SAP CFIN.

- Configure and support SLT/replication, mapping, and reconciliation processes.

- Handle integration between CFIN and source SAP/non-SAP systems.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand finance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Support financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.

- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.

- Provide guidance to junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure effective documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance / SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).

- Experience in SAP CFIN implementation, integration, and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Good understanding of Central Finance architecture and data replication concepts.

- Experience with SLT, AIF, and CFIN mapping/reconciliation.

- Strong understanding of financial integration and master data.

- Experience working with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP Central Finance certification.

- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.

- Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, Fiori, and integration technologies.

- Experience working in global implementation or rollout projects.

Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate will be a strong SAP Finance functional professional with deep SAP CFIN expertise, capable of independently handling complex integration and finance transformation requirements while working effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
