SAP C4C Technical Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), Cloud Application Studio (SDK), and SAP BTP side-by-side extensions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical design, customization, integration, and development of scalable SAP C4C solutions aligned with business requirements.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of ABSL, BODL, UI Designer, scripting, integration technologies, and working in complex enterprise landscapes involving SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ERP, and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance SAP C4C solutions using Cloud Application Studio (SDK).

- Create new custom Business Objects, extend standard Business Objects, and implement custom fields with logic.

- Develop and deploy technical solutions using ABSL, BODL, UI Script, Ruby Script, and UI Designer.

- Configure and customize SAP C4C modules across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Management processes.

SAP BTP Extensions :

- Build side-by-side extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

- Develop custom applications, services, microservices, and APIs integrated with SAP C4C.

- Utilize SAP BTP services for secure and scalable extension architecture.

Integration & Architecture :

- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, OData, SOAP Web Services, and middleware tools.

- Integrate SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, ERP systems, and third-party applications.

- Participate in technical solutioning and architecture discussions for complex IT landscapes.

Technical Operations & Support :

- Handle administration, lifecycle management, deployment, and transport management of SAP C4C solutions.

- Perform tracing, debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

- Work on code lists, notifications, print forms, analytics, mashups, and process design enhancements.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements.

- Prepare technical design documents, estimations, and implementation plans.

- Support Agile project execution including sprint planning, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP C4C SDK / Cloud Application Studio.

- Expertise in ABSL, BODL, UI Script, Ruby Script, UI Designer.

- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python.

- Experience in REST APIs, OData, SOAP Web Services.

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP side-by-side extensions.

- Knowledge of Mashups, Tracing, Debugging, Code Lists, Notifications, Print Forms, Analytics.

- Exposure to HTML, Silverlight, Scoping, SAP Cloud Process Design.

Functional / Domain Skills :

- Understanding of Sales and Service processes in SAP C4C.

- Experience in integration scenarios across CRM, ERP, S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP C4C / SAP CX Certifications.

- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to SAP Sales Cloud V2 / Service Cloud V2.

- Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
