Role Overview :

Trustklub Consulting is seeking an accomplished SAP BW Consultant with 8-12 years of extensive experience to join our Bangalore team. This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced SAP BW and BW/4HANA solutions, translating intricate business requirements into robust data warehousing architectures. You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-impact analytical capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing critical business processes for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable data models within SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA environments, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity for complex business scenarios.

- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end ETL Processes, including Data Extraction from various source systems, leveraging SAP BW and SAP HANA capabilities.

- Develop sophisticated BEx Queries and integrate them with SAP Analytics Cloud to create insightful reports, dashboards, and analytical applications for business users.

- Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP BW-IP (Integrated Planning) solutions, supporting advanced planning, budgeting, and forecasting functionalities.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing SAP BW systems, Process Chains, and data loads to enhance efficiency and user experience.

- Collaborate effectively with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Provide expert guidance and technical leadership on SAP HANA modeling and its integration with SAP BW landscapes.

- (Preferred) Develop and maintain ABAP routines for custom data transformations, enhancements, and exits within the SAP BW ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA architecture, design, and development, including advanced Data Modeling techniques.

- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with ETL Processes, Data Extraction methodologies, and Process Chains.

- Proven ability to design and develop complex BEx Queries and integrate analytical solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Solid experience with SAP BW-IP for planning and forecasting, including configuration and development.

- Strong proficiency in SAP HANA, including native HANA modeling and its application within BW contexts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment based out of our Bangalore office.
