Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business ByDesign Functional Consultant to support ongoing implementations and AMS engagements for global clients. The consultant will work closely with North America-based teams and contribute to scalable offshore delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from global stakeholders

- Configure and implement SAP Business ByDesign solutions

- Work across modules such as Finance, SCM, and CRM Projects

- Support implementation, enhancements, and AMS activities

- Handle data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements

- Participate in testing, UAT, and go-live support

- Prepare documentation and functional specifications

- Collaborate with distributed teams across geographies

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business ByDesign (ByD)

- Experience in implementation and/or support projects

- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes

- Exposure to integration and data migration activities

- Experience working in client-facing roles

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work with US/Canada clients and distributed teams

- Independent working capability in offshore delivery model

- Ownership mindset with focus on delivery quality
