SAP Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications and solution designs.

- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping exercises.

- Configure SAP modules and provide functional expertise based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, integrations, enhancements, and system improvements.

- Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.

- Prepare functional design documents and business process documentation.

- Conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in defect resolution.

- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

- Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous process improvements.

- Ensure SAP solutions comply with organizational standards, governance policies, and industry best

practices.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on SAP capabilities and process optimization opportunities.

Required Skills :

- 6 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or SAP Business Consultant.

- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and module configurations.

- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.

- Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementation and transformation projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience conducting workshops, UAT, and end-user training.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in SAP migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.

- Knowledge of SAP integrations and custom developments.

- SAP certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience working in global delivery environments.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
