Role :

You will be responsible for driving the international implementation and optimization of SAP landscape. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Project Management : Lead the full lifecycle of projects and change requests, from initial chartering and blueprinting to global deployment and hyper-care.

- Business Partnership : Act as a dedicated consultant to internal departments, prioritizing goals and ensuring technical solutions align with overarching business strategies.

- Operational Excellence : Define and monitor KPIs to measure solution effectiveness; provide proactive, data-driven status reports to leadership.

- Vendor & Resource Management : Coordinate and supervise external service providers and consultants to ensure timely incident resolution and high-quality delivery.

- Solution Validation : Document functional requirements and oversee rigorous testing and validation to ensure system integrity and performance.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- SAP Expertise : Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing SAP (PP, MM, or FI-CO) within a manufacturing environment, ideally for a global consultancy or multinational organization.

- Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor internal teams and external resources in a project environment.

- Communication : Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.

- Mobility : Readiness to travel internationally as required by project milestones.
