Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP BTP (RAP) Developer with expertise in SAP UI5/Fiori to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform, leveraging the RAP framework and SAP UI5/Fiori technologies. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to translate business requirements into robust and user-friendly applications. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes, enhancing the user experience and driving significant business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom SAPUI5 applications following SAP Fiori guidelines.

- Build responsive UI screens using XML views, controllers, fragments, and reusable components.

- Integrate UI5 apps with OData V4 services exposed through RAP.

- Develop Fiori Elements apps using annotation-based templates.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in UI5 applications.

- Design and develop applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

- Create Behavior Definitions, Projection Views, Service Definitions, and Service Bindings.

- Build OData V4 services using RAP and integrate them with Fiori/UI5 applications.

- Implement business logic using ABAP Cloud and RAP behavior implementations.

- Work with CDS Views, Annotations, Authorization Objects, and UI annotations.

- Optimize performance and ensure scalable cloud-ready ABAP solutions.

- Develop and deploy applications in SAP BTP ABAP Environment (Steampunk) and S/4HANA cloud.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement SAP UI5/Fiori applications on the SAP BTP platform using the RAP framework.

- Proven expertise in developing OData services using RAP and consuming them in SAP UI5/Fiori applications.

- Strong understanding of SAP UI5/Fiori architecture, design principles, and best practices.

- Proficiency in using XML views, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for developing user interfaces.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with team members both in-person and remotely.

- Minimum 6 - 12 years of experience.
