Job Description :

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced SAP BTP Consultant / SAP BTP Lead for its Mumbai (Powai) location. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Ariba integrations, API management, and SAP S/4HANA integration.

The role involves designing and developing robust integration solutions, managing APIs, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and collaborating with clients to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Candidates should possess strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills along with experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)

- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot integration flows between SAP and non-SAP systems

- Handle SAP Ariba integrations through CIG with strong knowledge of Commerce Automation, SLP, and Sourcing modules

- Develop, manage, secure, and monitor APIs using SAP API Management and related technologies

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA systems and related enterprise applications

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration failures, incidents, and performance bottlenecks within SLA timelines

- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and provide technical consulting and solution guidance

- Prepare technical documentation, governance artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials

- Identify automation opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments to ensure successful project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP and SAP Integration technologies

- Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and API Management

- Experience in SAP Ariba integration via CIG and knowledge of Commerce Automation, SLP, and Sourcing modules

- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration patterns

- Strong programming skills in Java for custom development and troubleshooting

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

- Experience in client-facing roles including workshops, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project delivery practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to SAP Fiori, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), and SAP PI/PO

- Experience in enterprise-level SAP transformation or integration projects

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
