Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP CAPM Consultant to drive the design, development, and governance of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling side-by-side extensibility, integration, and process automation across hybrid SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive adoption, design, and governance of SAP BTP services for extensibility, automation, and integration.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, and design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

- Translate functional requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications.

- Lead end-to-end system implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, and development initiation.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP BTP architecture and development.

- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Support integration and extensibility strategies across SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Functional Expertise :

Strong understanding of core SAP ERP processes :

- Order to Cash (O2C)

- Procure to Pay (P2P)

- Record to Report (R2R)

- Plan to Produce (PL2P)

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture

- Experience in :

1. BTP Application Development

2. BTP Integration

3. Side-by-Side Extensions

- Knowledge of CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model)

- Understanding of hybrid system landscapes and integrations

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred / Value-Add Skills :

Minimum 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following :

- BTP Application Development

- BTP Integration

- Side-by-Side Extensions

- Experience working on enterprise-scale SAP transformations

- Familiarity with modern cloud-native development practices
