About the Role :

iPivot is looking for an experienced SAP BTP Administrator - Integration & AI Transformation - Manager to lead enterprise integration, SAP cloud platform administration and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. The candidate will work on SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP AI Core, Generative AI and API governance while managing project delivery, client relationships and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement real-time integration strategies across SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Ariba.

- Administer and support SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for enterprise integration scenarios.

- Deploy and manage SAP AI Core and Generative AI technologies to automate business processes.

- Develop, deploy and manage machine learning models using SAP AI Launchpad.

- Govern API management and event-driven architectures using REST, SOAP, OData, EDI and GraphQL.

- Support intelligent automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and integration technologies.

- Manage integration workflows, data orchestration and connectivity across SAP cloud services and enterprise platforms.

- Support SAP migration and S/4HANA conversion activities across the project lifecycle.

- Work with SAP HANA, Microsoft SQL Server, BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BOBI) and SAP Data Services.

- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and support incident, change and problem management processes.

- Manage project deliverables, monitor progress and report to senior leadership.

- Lead and mentor technical teams, provide subject-matter expertise and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions or technical bootcamps.

- Manage client relationships, support business development activities and identify opportunities for further engagement.

- Ensure appropriate technical documentation, governance and compliance throughout project delivery.

- 10 - 16 years of professional experience.
