Role Overview :

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities :

- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above.

- Be involved in financial metrics and business development activities to identify opportunities.

- Contribute to the development of team technical acumen and use data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Adherence to SLAs, incident management, change management, and problem management.

- Assist in the management and delivery of large projects while coaching and mentoring staff.

- Build strong team environments including client interactions and cross-team collaboration.

Technical Requirements :

- Design and implement real-time integration strategies connecting SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.

- Deploy and manage SAP AI Core and Generative AI technologies to automate business processes.

- Govern API management and event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh.

- Architect and maintain data orchestration pipelines between cloud platforms and hyperscalers.

- Administer SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Develop and maintain machine learning models using SAP AI Launchpad.

- Ensure compliance with protocols: REST, SOAP, OData, EDI, and GraphQL.

- Full cycle experience in SAP Migration and S/4 Conversion activities.

- Strong knowledge of HANA Database, MS SQL, BOBI, and Data Services.

Preferred Skills :

- PMP certification.

- SAP Certified Technology Associate (BTP Foundation, API Management, Generative AI Developer).

- ITIL Certification.
