Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP BRIM solutions, specifically in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end billing and revenue management solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP BRIM with focus on Subscription Order Management (SOM).

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP BRIM solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules including SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA.

- Design and implement subscription lifecycle processes including order capture, billing, invoicing, and revenue realization.

- Integrate SAP BRIM with SAP S/4HANA and external enterprise systems.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for solution design and deployment.

- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.

- Ensure seamless integration across order-to-cash and billing processes.

- Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within SAP BRIM landscape.

- Drive performance optimization and system enhancements.

- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and process flow documents.

- Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams and business users.

Key Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP BRIM architecture and business processes.

- Hands-on experience in SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM).

- Strong knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging (CC).

- Strong experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).

- Expertise in SAP FI-CA configuration and integration.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Knowledge of subscription-based billing and recurring revenue models.

- Experience in SAP integration technologies including APIs, IDocs, and web services.

- Strong understanding of billing, charging, invoicing, and payment processing.

- Experience in system testing, UAT, and defect management.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in telecom, utilities, or subscription-based business models.

- Knowledge of SAP SD and SAP CRM integration.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.

- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- SAP BRIM certification is preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
