Job Title : SAP BRIM - Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation specialist to design, implement, and support mediation processes that feed chargeable items into Convergent Charging and SAP S/4HANA. The role will involve handson configuration, production support, and close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure seamless endtoend billing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain mediation flows, data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation.

- Create and manage chargeable items, ensuring accurate integration with Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP S/4HANA billing components.

- Provide production support including incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and change request implementation.

- Conduct rootcause analysis, troubleshoot mediation issues, and deliver timely fixes to minimize business impact.

- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to document requirements, design solutions, and communicate status updates.

- Participate in AMS/support projects, contributing expertise to ongoing system optimization and stability.

Required Skills :

- Deep, handson experience with SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM).

- Proven ability to design and operate mediation flows, data processing, and chargeable item creation.

- Strong knowledge of BRIM architecture and its integration points with Convergent Charging and SAP S/4HANA.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Effective customerfacing communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or supportfocused projects.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA billing modules and related integration patterns.

Qualifications :

- Relevant SAP BRIM certification or equivalent handson training is desirable.

- Demonstrated experience in production support environments for SAP billing solutions.
