Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant to design, configure, and implement mediation solutions within the SAP BRIM landscape.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data collection, transformation, workflow processing, and integrations between source systems and SAP BRIM charging platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions.

- Develop mediation workflows for data collection, validation, transformation, enrichment, and routing.

- Configure usage processing and mediation pipelines to support billing and charging processes.

- Integrate SAP BRIM CM with source systems, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise applications.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and workflow customization to meet business requirements.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize mediation performance and data processing efficiency.

- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.

- Perform basic ABAP debugging to analyze and resolve integration and application issues.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to SAP development and integration best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6-11 years of overall SAP experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM).

- Strong expertise in mediation workflows, usage processing, and data transformation.

- Experience integrating SAP BRIM CM with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP S/4HANA, and external systems.

- Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP troubleshooting.

- Experience in telecom billing, subscription management, or revenue management is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments is preferred.

Education (Mandatory) :

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
