Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end SAP BRIM solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of SAP BRIM implementations.

- Configure and customize SAP BRIM components, including SAP CC (Convergent Charging), SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing), and FICA (Financial Customer Care), to meet specific business needs.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.

- Provide guidance and support to development teams in the implementation of ABAP enhancements and custom functionalities.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery, adhering to budget and quality standards.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP BRIM innovations and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP BRIM implementations.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to client teams on SAP BRIM functionalities.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end SAP BRIM solutions, including SAP CC, SAP CI, and FICA.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP BRIM components to meet specific business requirements.

- Strong ABAP development skills with experience in creating custom enhancements and interfaces.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
