Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Architect / Lead Consultant to own the end-to-end solution architecture, design, development, and implementation of SAP Convergent Mediation solutions across large-scale enterprise programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP BRIM CM architecture, workflow configuration, APL development, integrations, performance optimization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture for SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) implementations across enterprise programs.

- Design, develop, and implement scalable mediation solutions capable of processing high-volume transactional data.

- Lead architecture and integration design between SAP Convergent Mediation and SAP BRIM components including :

1. SAP Convergent Charging (CC)

2. SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)

3. SAP FI-CA

4. SAP SOM

5. SAP CRM

6. External Systems

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP CM design, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Configure and develop mediation workflows for both Batch and Real-Time processing scenarios.

- Develop and maintain APL (Application Programming Language) scripts for :

1. Data transformation

2. Processing rules

3. Event enrichment

4. Business logic implementation

- Configure and manage SAP CM agents and components including :

1. RFC Agent

2. SAP CC Agent

3. HTTP2 Agent

4. Interwork Flow Bridge

5. Audit Profiles

6. Event Notifications

7. Other CM adapters and connectors

- Participate in project lifecycle activities including :

1. Solution Design

2. Build

3. Functional Unit Testing (FUT)

4. System Integration Testing (SIT)

5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

6. Production Deployment

7. Hypercare Support

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of CM runtime, workflows, memory utilization, and processing throughput.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex end-to-end integration and mediation issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, deployment plans, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM).

- Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale SAP BRIM implementations.

- Expertise in Batch and Real-Time workflow configurations.

- Hands-on experience in CM workflow design and APL development.

- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM ecosystem and integrations with :

1. SAP CC

2. SAP CI

3. SAP FI-CA

4. SAP SOM

5. SAP CRM

- Experience configuring CM agents, adapters, and mediation components.

- Strong knowledge of event processing, mediation architecture, and high-volume transaction handling.

- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.

- Understanding of telecom, subscription billing, or usage-based charging business processes is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP CM integration using :

1. CTS+

2. SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

3. ServiceNow

- Knowledge of DevOps, release management, and deployment automation.

- Exposure to cloud-based SAP BRIM deployments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- SAP BRIM certification is preferred.

- Experience leading onsite/offshore teams and client-facing engagements.

Additional Requirements :

1. Candidate should be available for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM locations based on account/project requirements.

2. Must be available for Day 1 reporting post onboarding.

3. Willingness to work from designated IBM delivery locations as per business needs.
