Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).

- Lead and collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality data integration solutions.

- Manage team activities, provide technical guidance, and support team performance.

- Own technical decisions and contribute to key project and architectural discussions.

- Work with multiple teams to analyze requirements and provide effective data solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SAP BODS.

- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various source systems.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ETL jobs, workflows, and data quality.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.

- Prepare technical documentation and follow data integration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).

- Strong hands-on experience with ETL development, data integration, and transformation processes.

- Proficiency in designing and developing SAP BODS jobs, workflows, and data flows.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Experience in data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Experience working with multiple teams and managing technical deliverables.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Experience in Agile delivery environments is preferred.
