Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP BO BI Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal technical lead responsible for the design, development, and optimization of sophisticated reporting and analytics solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and key business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-performance BI dashboards and reports. Your work will directly influence how leadership consumes data, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through accurate, timely, and actionable business insights across their enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex Business Objects reports and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements and improve data visualization standards.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of BI/DW projects, ensuring seamless integration between SAP BW and Business Objects to maintain data integrity and performance.

- Optimize existing reporting landscapes by troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and streamlining data extraction processes for end-users.

- Collaborate with functional teams to define technical specifications and translate business needs into robust, scalable BI solutions.

- Manage the deployment and maintenance of BI Publisher reports to ensure consistent delivery of critical business documents across the organization.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of development and documentation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex SAP Business Objects and BI/DW solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong technical proficiency in SAP BI, BI Publisher, and SAP BW, with a proven ability to integrate these tools to solve intricate data challenges.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business partners.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end BI lifecycles, from requirement gathering and design to final deployment and post-go-live support.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed or remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple locations.

- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in SAP BI/BO development, demonstrating a consistent career trajectory in technical leadership roles.
