Role Overview :

As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will serve as the technical backbone for our clients' mission-critical SAP landscapes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and stability of SAP environments, working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring high availability and performance, directly influencing the efficiency of business processes for our enterprise-level customers. You will operate in a fully remote capacity, managing complex technical challenges while maintaining seamless collaboration across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute SAP S/4 HANA migrations and upgrades to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance for enterprise clients.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP HANA databases, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning to support high-volume business operations.

- Configure and maintain SAP BTP services to facilitate seamless cloud integration and digital transformation initiatives for our diverse client base.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the SAP stack, providing root cause analysis and permanent resolutions to maintain system integrity.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical infrastructure with business requirements, ensuring that system configurations support specific module functionalities.

- Oversee system security, user administration, and transport management to ensure compliance with organizational standards and data protection policies.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, with a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP HANA and S/4 HANA environments.

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in SAP BTP, including cloud connector configuration and integration management.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex, multi-tier SAP architectures.

- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical configurations.

- Adapt seamlessly to a remote work environment, maintaining high levels of self-discipline, documentation standards, and responsiveness to project timelines.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by professional SAP certifications.
