Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, production support, and project activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing complex SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, SAP NetWeaver Java, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP environments while supporting both BAU operations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 SAP BASIS support for enterprise SAP environments.

- Perform administration and support activities for SAP S/4HANA systems.

- Manage SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

- Execute SPS and SAP version upgrades using SUM (Software Update Manager).

- Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementations, and system refresh activities.

- Administer and monitor SAP HANA, Oracle, and MaxDB databases.

- Perform database health checks, backup/recovery coordination, capacity monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot system, database, application, and connectivity-related issues.

- Support SAP Solution Manager and associated monitoring and administration activities.

- Administer SAP NetWeaver Java environments.

- Configure and support SAP Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between on-premises SAP systems and cloud services.

- Work with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for monitoring, operations, and lifecycle management.

- Support SAP environments running on cloud platforms, including RISE with SAP, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.

- Perform system copies, client administration, transport management, and environment refreshes.

- Implement and maintain SAP security, compliance, and SOX audit requirements.

- Support SAP archiving activities and ensure effective database and system housekeeping.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, application, and cloud teams for issue resolution.

- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system health reports.

- Participate in 24x7 production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis as required.
