Job Description :

Role Summary :

We are seeking experienced SAP Ariba Contracts team member to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP Ariba upstream procurement processes. The role focuses on implementation and set-up of Ariba Contracts templates, workflow, user access controls in close collaboration with business, procurement, and technical teams.

Relevant experience : 5 to 7 years

Responsibilities :

- Should be able to clearly understand the client requirements & articulate / advise the client in a convincing manner

- Drive the Ariba Contract related client workshops, demos & trainings independently and handle customer queries/questions with proficiency in Project delivery

- Design and implement the contract management governance framework in liasion with the Category Managers and Business Owners

- Capture business requirements and translate to relevant Unit test and SIT test cases to ensure business processes are implemented as expected

- Communicate requirements to Ariba Shared Service & also raise issues/ defects with Ariba

- Ensure, where possible, that contract terms link to relevant downstream systems including P2P, SRM, Obligation Management systems and SAP Finance

- Monitor the contract compliance dashboard and action as necessary

- Documentation and User Training

- Work on competency related activities including responses to RFPs, Training etc..

- Working knowledge of Ariba integration with backend SAP ERP (must have) & 3rd party systems (good to have)

- Should have excellent understanding of the product and future roadmap of Ariba Contracts
