Key Responsibilities :

- Provide hands-on support for SAP Ariba Buying, Supplier Enablement, and SAP Ariba Network.

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

- Troubleshoot Purchase Order (PO) transmission and Electronic Order Routing issues.

- Manage and support supplier registration, supplier account mapping, and CIG migration scenarios.

- Work closely with SAP MM teams to support procurement and purchasing processes.

- Work with PO document types, Info Records, Source Lists, and Valuation Areas.

- Support RFQ, quotation evaluation, and end-to-end procurement processes.

- Monitor procurement KPIs and recommend process improvements.

- Provide SAP Ariba production support and post-go-live stabilization.

- Support procurement approval workflows, document templates, master data, supplier management, and invoice-processing activities.

- Manage and troubleshoot SAP Ariba integrations with SAP and external systems.

- Collaborate with business users, suppliers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Perform root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Buying.

- Good expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts.

- Strong knowledge of Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG.

- Strong understanding of SAP MM Procurement and Purchasing processes.

- Experience with PO transmission, Electronic Order Routing, and Ariba integrations.

- Understanding of supplier registration, account mapping, and CIG migration.

- Knowledge of procurement workflows, master data, invoice processing, and supplier support.

- Experience in production support and post-go-live stabilization.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
