About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Ariba solutions across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Supplier Management, and Contract Management modules.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, procurement teams, supply chain functions, and technical teams to streamline procurement operations, improve supplier collaboration, enhance compliance, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable procurement solutions, configuring SAP Ariba modules, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP Ariba Solution Design & Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP Ariba solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Ariba solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules based on business needs.

- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

- Ensure alignment of SAP Ariba solutions with procurement and sourcing objectives.

2. SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) :

- Implement and optimize procurement workflows across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.

- Configure requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processes.

- Drive process automation and procurement efficiency initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.

3. SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C) :

- Support strategic sourcing initiatives using SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.

- Configure sourcing events, RFx processes, auctions, supplier evaluations, and award scenarios.

- Improve sourcing effectiveness and supplier engagement processes.

- Support contract creation and sourcing governance activities.

4. SAP Ariba Contract Management :

- Implement and manage contract lifecycle management processes.

- Configure contract authoring, approvals, repository management, and compliance tracking.

- Ensure visibility and control over procurement contracts and obligations.

- Drive contract standardization and process efficiency improvements.

5. SAP Ariba Supplier Management :

- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, and performance management processes.

- Implement supplier risk and compliance monitoring frameworks.

- Enhance supplier collaboration and governance capabilities.

- Support supplier lifecycle management initiatives.

6. Integration & Technical Collaboration :

- Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Ariba integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SRM, and third-party systems.

- Support data migration, testing, and integration validation activities.

- Ensure seamless data flow across procurement and enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot integration and system-related issues.

7. Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Business teams.

- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution reviews.

- Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations.

- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support projects.

- Hands-on experience in :

1. SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

2. SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C)

3. SAP Ariba Contract Management

4. SAP Ariba Supplier Management

- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes.

- Experience working on end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
