Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba CIG Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP Ariba upstream and downstream procurement processes. The role focuses on setting and getting the integration up and running via CIG middleware as per customer requirements, with close collaboration across business, procurement, and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, manager, support and deliver SAP Ariba implementations with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) solutions with ability to integrate with Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba sourcing and contracts, Ariba Network, Ariba SLP

- Understanding the CIG add on, CIG as a middleware and integration scope for Ariba apps to effectively contribute to client requirement and deliver on them.

- Working knowledge of configuration and set up of the CIG Add on in SAP systems and Ariba Apps

- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop integration strategies

- Configure, test, and deploy Ariba CIG for seamless ERP integration end to end.

- Analyze, troubleshoot and provide technical support for Ariba CIG-related issues across teams to ensure seamless integration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and solution deployment, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders

- Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices via FS, TS, capture test cases, use cases and deliver as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Expertise in SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) with at least 2 end to end implementations

- Strong understanding of SAP MM and procurement processes and ERP systems

- Experience in integration and middleware concepts

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, good troubleshooting skills
