Role Overview:

As an SAP Ariba BTP Consultant, you will serve as a technical bridge between complex procurement workflows and cloud-native integration architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end SAP Ariba solutions integrated with the Business Technology Platform. Your daily contributions will directly influence the agility of client supply chains, ensuring seamless data flow, high system availability, and the successful execution of digital procurement strategies that support long-term business scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement complex SAP Ariba integration scenarios using SAP BTP to ensure real-time data synchronization across enterprise landscapes.

- Develop and manage custom APIs to facilitate communication between SAP Ariba and external ERP systems, enhancing the reliability of procurement data.

- Perform rigorous debugging and root-cause analysis on integration touchpoints to minimize downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks for end-users.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business procurement requirements into technical specifications within the BTP environment.

- Optimize existing integration flows to improve performance and security, ensuring compliance with global procurement standards and internal business policies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing SAP Ariba modules alongside SAP BTP integration services.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot APIs, with a deep understanding of middleware and cloud connectivity protocols.

- Strong analytical mindset for debugging complex system issues and providing sustainable technical resolutions in high-pressure environments.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Mumbai, demonstrating self-management and a proactive approach to collaborative problem-solving.

- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration projects, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments.
