Shift timing : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

1. Ariba AMS support activities for Sourcing and SLP areas

2. Complete lifecycle implementation (atleast 2-3 cycle) for the SLP and Sourcing module including technical and functional

3. Good understanding of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA

4. Basic understanding of SAP BTP and ABAP, especially in the context of Ariba integrations and troubleshooting, is required

5. Interact effectively with business users and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and provide solutions

6. Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate Ariba functional solutions within AMS scope

7. Support incident, service request, problem, and minor enhancement activities

8. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, where applicable

Good-to-Have :

1. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

2. Ability to work independently in a clientfacing AMS environment

3. Good analytical and problemsolving capabilities
