Role Overview :

As an SAP Archiving Consultant at TechAIVV Technologies, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients effectively manage their data lifecycle and optimize their SAP systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data archiving solutions using SAP ILM and other relevant technologies. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored archiving strategies that ensure data compliance, reduce storage costs, and improve system performance. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to leverage their data assets efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client's existing SAP landscape and business processes to identify archiving requirements and opportunities.

- Design and implement comprehensive data archiving strategies using SAP ILM and other relevant tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

- Configure and customize SAP archiving objects, retention policies, and data destruction rules to meet client-specific needs.

- Perform data archiving activities, including data extraction, storage, and retrieval, while maintaining data integrity and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve archiving-related issues, providing timely and effective support to clients and project teams.

- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to integrate archiving solutions with other SAP modules and systems.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to archiving processes, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client personnel on SAP archiving concepts, tools, and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement SAP data archiving solutions using SAP ILM and other relevant technologies.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP archiving objects, retention policies, and data destruction rules.

- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve archiving-related issues effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its data management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams effectively.

- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience with SAP implementation projects and a solid understanding of SAP functional modules.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune locations.
