Role & responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end SAP architecture solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Lead SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

- Define SAP landscape architecture, integration frameworks, and deployment strategies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to improve system performance and efficiency.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.

- Develop architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical documentation.

- Monitor system performance, scalability, security, and reliability while identifying optimization opportunities.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to SAP consultants and development teams.

- Support project planning, effort estimation, risk management, and solution reviews.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and SAP best practices.

- Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and cloud-based SAP solutions.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 to 9 years of experience in SAP implementation, consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP architecture principles, and enterprise application design.

- Experience with SAP integrations, middleware technologies, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Good understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Human Resources.

- Hands-on experience in SAP migration, upgrades, system optimization, and landscape management.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP security concepts is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

- SAP certifications and enterprise architecture certifications will be an added advantage.
