Detail JD :

- Business functionalities and planning processes hands-on experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data trouble shooting, Planning book maintenance.

- Exposure to Forecast validation, Planning run monitoring, management APO job monitoring.

- Integration issue resolution between ECC/S4 and APO.

- Good understanding in customized business template process.

- Fair understanding of cross module integration with regard to logistics planning (PP, MM, SD and LE).

- Technical capabilities like debugging skills, workflow and iDocs will be an added advantage.

- Have good analytical and problem solving skill.

- Have good communication skill, Customer facing skill share good to have and must to have skills.

Must Have Skills :

- 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).

- Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.

- Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.

- Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.

- Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.

- Good understanding of customized business processes/templates.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer-facing skills.

- Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.

Good to Have Skills :

- Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE.

- Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs.

- Experience in preparing solution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SLA management.

- Experience in end-user support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvement.
