Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP APO Consultant, you will serve as a lead architect and subject matter expert, driving the design and implementation of complex supply chain planning solutions. You will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and client leadership to translate intricate business requirements into high-performance SAP APO configurations. Your daily contributions will involve troubleshooting critical planning issues, optimizing system performance, and guiding technical teams through end-to-end project lifecycles. By bridging the gap between technical capability and business strategy, you will directly influence the efficiency and responsiveness of our clients' global supply chain networks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP APO (DP & SNP) modules to streamline demand and supply planning processes for large-scale enterprise clients.

- Design and deploy advanced PPDS solutions to synchronize production planning with real-time supply chain constraints, ensuring optimal manufacturing throughput.

- Collaborate with SAP ECC and PP functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and process alignment across the entire supply chain ecosystem.

- Conduct complex system diagnostics and performance tuning to resolve bottlenecks in planning cycles, directly improving forecast accuracy and inventory management for stakeholders.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical oversight during project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality solution architecture.

- Translate evolving business needs into technical specifications, facilitating smooth transitions during system upgrades or complex migration projects.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP APO, specifically within Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the integration points between SAP APO, SAP ECC, and SAP PP, enabling the delivery of holistic supply chain solutions.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale SAP SCM implementations.

- Communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders, translating technical constraints into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work in a distributed environment, managing project deliverables across multiple locations with professional autonomy.

- Hold a relevant educational background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology, complemented by 11 - 15 years of hands-on experience in the SAP ecosystem.
