- Lead and manage a full-time offshore analytics team supporting enterprise-wide SAP analytics initiatives.

- Translate firm-level strategy into actionable analytics roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.

- Architect, modernize, and optimize SAC, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud environments to support scalable, trusted, real-time insights.

- Define, standardize, and operationalize firm-wide KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership to identify analytics opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Oversee the development of SAC stories, planning models, predictive analytics, and integrated data models.

- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are consistently applied across analytics platforms.

- Drive continuous improvement across analytics processes, delivery models, and team capabilities.

- Mentor and guide offshore team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

- Support change management efforts to increase analytics adoption and data literacy across the firm.

- 3 to 4+ years of hands-on experience with :

1. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

2. SAP Business Data Cloud

3. SAP Datasphere

- Strong experience integrating data from SAP ECC / S4HANA / BW4HANA into Datasphere using CDS Views, OData, Data Flows, and Replication Flows

- Expertise in Datasphere data modeling, SAC dashboards, planning models, and KPI reporting

- Experience building end-to-end analytics/data pipelines across SAP and non-SAP systems

- Proven experience leading offshore/distributed analytics teams and working with senior stakeholders

- Strong understanding of enterprise analytics architecture, data governance, and reporting frameworks

- Experience in professional services / consulting / enterprise analytics environments preferred
