SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant - Power BI

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI Consultant with 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Reporting Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and various data sources.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Microsoft Power BI.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

- Develop SAC stories, applications, planning models, data actions, and analytical applications.

- Create Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling techniques.

- Integrate data from SAP BW, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Azure, SQL Server, Oracle, and other data sources.

- Implement data visualization best practices to support business decision-making.

- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data engineers.

- Perform data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

- Support production deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills :

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) :

- Strong experience in SAC Story Design, Analytic Applications, and Planning Models.

- Experience with SAC Data Actions, Allocations, Calendar Processes, and Predictive Analytics.

- Integration experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of live and import connections.

- Experience in SAC performance optimization and security configuration.

Power BI :

- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modelling.

- Experience creating complex dashboards, KPIs, drill-through reports, and custom visualizations.

- Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace administration, and deployment pipelines.

- Experience with Power BI Gateway and scheduled refreshes.

Data & Database Skills :

- SQL Server, SAP HANA, Oracle, or other relational databases.

- ETL concepts and data integration.

- Data warehouse and dimensional modelling concepts.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.

- SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Data sphere knowledge.

- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Exposure to AI-driven analytics and predictive modelling.
