Expert SAP SaaS Hosting Administration Specialist ITBO SaaS Hosting Administration :

- The organization is seeking for its running SAP landscape based on SAPECC R3 a Specialist ITBO SaaS Hosting Administration to ensure the technical availability administration and development of SaaS and hosting solutions primarily based on SAP products.

- This role focuses on SAP Basis administration ERP and Solution Manager transport management and user authorizations.

- The candidate will work in an agile context acting as a liaison between development teams and infrastructure providers to maintain a stable high-performance SAP landscape.

Role Overview :

The objective of this position is the further development and ensuring of the basic configuration and technical availability of SaaS and hosting solutions within the IT BackOffice area.

The role encompasses morning monitoring of SAP systems and jobs transport management and system upgrades.

As part of a team the specialist mediates between internal external network teams and ensures all systems are kept up to date through patch planning and maintenance.

This position carries high responsibility for SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and user management across various SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration :

- Perform SAP Basis administrative activities for ERP and Solution Manager including morning monitoring of systems and company relevant jobs.

- SAP landscape based on SAPECC R3.

- Transport Change Management : Act as the primary contact person for the transport system and take responsibility for SAP Solution Manager ChaRM administer CTS gCTS and deployment cycles.

- Cloud SaaS Management : Administer BTP foundation components Cloud Connector and manage user role administration across S4 ACS and BTP.

- Maintenance Upgrades : Plan and execute patch imports stack imports annual and HRHCMSP imports quarterly commission system copies and upgrades.

- Security Compliance : Accompany certificate imports manage user creation with authorization assignment and conduct system measurement.

- Communication Coordination : Mediate between internal external network and infrastructure teams coordinate with SAP for service requests SRs upgrades and patch events.

- Support : Handle ticket processing create tickets with external service providers and open process incidents with SAP.

Required Qualifications Must Have :

- Completed commercial technical or scientific university degree or comparable training.

- Training as an IT specialist.

- Proven project experience in the SAP applications environment.

- Expertise in implementation using agile methods.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis transport routes and user role administration.

- Fluent in both German and English required for troubleshooting calls and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications Nice to Have :

- 6 to 12 years of SAP Basis experience with 2 years specifically in SAP ECC6 R3 landscapes.

- Experience with BTP administration sub accounts trustIAM and destinations.

- Strong knowledge of HANA performance analysis and Cloud ALM s.

- Strong ITIL experience and a proactive monitoring mindset.
