- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees during projects and assessments.

- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.

- Support learners in interview preparation and real-time project understanding.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, reporting, and batch management.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts.

- Hands-on experience in SAP development and implementation projects.

- Good understanding of SAP modules and integration concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

- Experience in classroom, online, or corporate training environments.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA ABAP concepts is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- SAP ABAP Certification preferred.
