Role : Replication - WRICEF Consultant

WRICEF Delivery :

- Design and build custom ABAP solutions tailored specifically to SAP Time Management - Time Tracking and Payroll requirements.

Interfaces - Integrations :

- Develop robust inbound and outbound interfaces connecting SAP payroll - time data with third-party HR systems, time clocks, benefits providers, and banking - financial software using APIs, IDoc - ALE, OData services, and Webservices using CPI.

Enhancements - BadIs :

- Implement complex Custom Function and Operations, user exits, Business Add-Ins (BAdIs), and enhancement spots within payroll schemas, time evaluation routines, and infotype maintenance screens.

Reports - Forms :

- Create advanced analytical reports, payroll registers, pay slips, and statutory compliance forms using SAP List Viewer (ALV), ABAP Query, Adobe Forms, and SmartForms.

Data Migration :

- Execute high-volume data conversions for employee master data, historical payroll results, and time balances using LSMW, LTMC, or ABAP-based migration programs.

Debugging - Optimization :

- Troubleshoot and optimize complex ABAP code, custom payroll PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and time evaluation schemas and CATS Process to ensure high-performance processing during critical payroll runs.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with Functional Consultants (HCM - SuccessFactors Payroll - Time), Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
