Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM technical development, particularly HR reporting, Payroll, and Time Management data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain SAP HCM reports using Logical Databases (LDBs).

- Develop ABAP solutions and reports based on SAP HR/HCM business requirements.

- Work extensively with Payroll and Time Management cluster tables and retrieve payroll/time results.

- Understand and work with key SAP HCM modules including PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), and PY (Payroll).

- Analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, documentation, and production support.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to deliver HR technical solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP for HCM/HR.

- Expertise in LDB-based HR reporting.

- Good knowledge of Payroll/Time cluster tables and payroll results.

- Basic understanding of PA, OM, PY, and SAP HCM processes.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
