Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR and Payroll. The candidate should have hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR technical solutions, particularly in Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain custom SAP ABAP solutions for HR/HCM processes.

- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), operations, and functions.

- Develop and troubleshoot custom Payroll Functions and Operations.

- Work on HR Forms, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Function Modules, and Reports.

- Design and support HR/Payroll interfaces with internal and external systems.

- Develop and troubleshoot HR data replication and integration processes.

- Perform ABAP debugging, issue resolution, performance tuning, and production support.

- Collaborate with SAP HR functional consultants and business teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.

- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM/HR and Payroll.

- Expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Operations, and Functions.

- Experience with Forms, Enhancements, Interfaces, Exits, and Function Modules.

- Experience with HR data replication and integrations.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of SAP HR master data and payroll processes.

Experience:

- 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience with significant SAP HCM/Payroll exposure.

- Experience in SAP HR implementation, enhancement, or production support projects preferred.
