Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP HANA Developer with deep expertise in the SAP CRM domain to join our high-performing technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex technical solutions that bridge the gap between legacy CRM processes and modern HANA-based architectures.

We will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance code.

By leveraging your technical acumen, you will directly influence the efficiency of our customer-facing systems, ensuring seamless data integration and superior system performance that drives tangible business outcomes for our global clients.

This position offers the flexibility to work from Bangalore or any of our major hubs across India, allowing you to contribute to mission-critical projects in a dynamic, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust SAP CRM solutions using ABAP and HANA-native development techniques to enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Design and maintain complex IDoc interfaces and OData services to ensure seamless data exchange between SAP CRM and external enterprise applications.

- Optimize database performance by developing high-performance AMDPs and CDS views, significantly reducing processing time for large-scale data sets.

- Lead technical troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts to resolve critical system bottlenecks, ensuring high availability for business-critical CRM operations.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and adherence to best practices across the development lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP ABAP and SAP CRM development, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end technical solutions in complex enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in SAP HANA development, specifically in creating AMDPs, CDS views, and leveraging HANA-specific performance optimization techniques.

- Strong hands-on experience in building and consuming SAP OData services and managing complex IDoc configurations for seamless system integration.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a distributed, multi-location team.

- Proven ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work setup, maintaining high levels of productivity and self-motivation while managing multiple project priorities.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 15 years of relevant professional experience in the SAP ecosystem.
