Role : SAP ABAP Developer

Location : Hyderabad - Bengaluru - Hybrid (1 - 2 days in a week at office location).

Shift : 2 - 11 Shift.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ABAP programming, custom development, debugging, performance optimization, and integration with SAP functional modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP.

- Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).

- Develop and maintain ALV reports, Smart Forms, SAPscript, and Adobe Forms.

- Implement BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Framework solutions.

- Develop and support RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and interfaces with external systems.

- Debug ABAP programs and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Optimize ABAP code and SQL queries for performance improvement.

- Work with SAP functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.

- Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.

- Participate in code reviews, transport management, and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming.

- Experience with ABAP Reports, ALV, Data Dictionary, and Modularization Techniques.

- Knowledge of BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.

- Experience with Smart Forms, SAPscript, and/or Adobe Forms.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with SAP tables, internal tables, Open SQL, and database operations.

- Understanding of SAP functional modules such as SAP SD, MM, FI, or PP.

- Experience working with SAP transports and development lifecycle processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ABAP on HANA and code pushdown techniques.

- Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development.

- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and modern development practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP ABAP, RICEF, Reports/ALV, Enhancements, BAPIs/RFCs/IDocs, Debugging.

- Candidates with hands-on ABAP development experience and strong troubleshooting skills are preferred.
