SAP ABAP Developer - IDoc/CDS View

Description :

- Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions based on business and functional requirements

- Develop and enhance RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

- Work on interfaces with third-party systems using RFC, IDocs, and web services

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SAP programs

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards

- Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and user documentation

- Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues

- Execute and support Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and integration testing

- Ensure compliance with SAP development methodologies and best practices

- Continuously upgrade skills in new SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.)

Required Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming

Expertise in :

- Reports (Classical & ALV)

- Interfaces (RFC, BAPI, IDoc)

- Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs)

- Forms (SmartForms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms)

- Experience in debugging and performance tuning

- Knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies

- Experience with third-party system integrations

- Familiarity with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) (preferred)

- Exposure to S/4HANA / OData / CDS views (good to have)

Functional/Domain Skills :

- Understanding of SAP modules (SD/MM/FI preferred)

- Experience in Tobacco Manufacturing industry (preferred)
