Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic engineering team, operating across multiple locations including Udaipur, Punjab, Odisha, and remote setups. In this role, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, architecting robust solutions that bridge complex business requirements with high-performance SAP systems.

You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and key business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, ensuring that our enterprise systems remain agile, responsive, and capable of supporting the evolving needs of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-performance technical solutions using SAP HANA to optimize data processing and system responsiveness for end-users.

- Develop sophisticated CDS Views and AMDPs to streamline complex reporting requirements and enhance data accessibility for business decision-makers.

- Build and maintain seamless integrations using OData services and BAPIs to ensure smooth data flow between SAP and external enterprise applications.

- Configure and customize SAP Workflow processes to automate critical business operations, reducing manual intervention and improving process cycle times.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to maintain high standards of system stability and code quality across all development projects.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear technical specifications and functional designs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in advanced ABAP programming, with a deep understanding of SAP HANA development paradigms and performance optimization techniques.

- Proven ability to design and consume OData services and BAPIs to facilitate complex system integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong proficiency in developing CDS Views and AMDPs to leverage the full power of the HANA database layer.

- Extensive experience in designing and troubleshooting SAP Workflow solutions to support automated business processes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions.

- High degree of adaptability and self-motivation, capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently across various geographic locations.
