Role : SAP ABAP Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP ECC environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, RICEF objects, system integrations, application enhancements, and production support within managed services environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP technical objects based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

- Prepare technical specifications, unit test scripts, and documentation.

- Develop scalable and high-performance SAP solutions following SAP best practices.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

- Conduct code reviews and optimize ABAP programs for performance and system efficiency.

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, project managers, and technical teams.

- Provide development estimates, implementation plans, and regular project updates.

- 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development across SAP ECC environments.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)

2. ALV Reports

3. SmartForms

4. SAP Scripts

5. Adobe Forms

6. User Exits, Customer Exits, and BADI

- Enhancement Framework Integration expertise in :

1. RFC

2. BAPI

3. IDoc

4. ALE

5. Proxy Interfaces

6. Web Services

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning capabilities.

- Experience in change management, incident management, and release management processes within managed services environments.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP Workflow development

- Web Dynpro ABAP

- SAP Fiori and OData Services

- CDS Views and SAP HANA optimization

- SAP S/4HANA ABAP development

- Experience supporting global AMS/Managed Services engagements

- Exposure to Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience supporting enterprise SAP landscapes in global AMS/Managed Services environments.
