Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Developer / Lead Developer to develop and support SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP BTP, with experience leading development teams and delivering scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP RICEFW objects.

- Lead ABAP development efforts and mentor junior/offshore developers.

- Develop solutions using CDS Views, OData Services, Fiori, and RAP.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot complex ABAP and integration issues.

- Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.

Required Skills :

- Strong SAP ABAP development experience in S/4HANA environments.

- Expertise in RICEFW objects and SAP development best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Fiori, CDS Views, OData Services, RAP, and SAP BTP.

- Experience managing offshore development teams.

- Understanding of Clean Core principles.

- Knowledge of SAP modules including FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and EWM.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- 4 - 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP, Fiori, and BTP.

Preferred :

- SAP S/4HANA certifications.

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
