Job Summary :

Norvex Solutions is recruiting a SAP ABAP Developer for a leading manufacturing organization in Indonesia. The role focuses on developing, customizing, and maintaining SAP applications while supporting SAP GUI and Fiori environments. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions and support system improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Development :

- Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming.

- Design and develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).

- Build and optimize applications in SAP GUI and SAP Fiori environments.

Technical Solution Delivery :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement enhancements and improvements aligned with evolving business requirements.

- Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.

Troubleshooting & Optimization :

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP programs.

- Ensure code quality by adhering to SAP development standards and best practices.

- Provide ongoing technical support for SAP applications.

Testing & Documentation :

- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT cycles.

- Prepare technical documentation and system specifications.

- Ensure timely delivery of stable and high-quality SAP solutions.

Knowledge Transfer :

- Provide technical guidance and training to internal IT team members.

- Support internal capability building for SAP development and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development including :

a. Reports

b. Module Pool Programming

c. BAPIs

d. BADIs

e. User Exits

- Hands-on experience with :

a. SmartForms

b. SAP Scripts

c. Adobe Forms

- Experience working with SAP GUI and SAP Fiori applications.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Technical Exposure :

- Knowledge of OData Services and CDS Views.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori integration and modern ABAP techniques.

- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Functional exposure to SAP modules such as :

a. FICO

b. OTC

c. SCM

d. PM

e. PP & QM

- Experience in greenfield SAP implementations, system upgrades, or migrations.
