Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong functional exposure to SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and functional business processes, specifically focusing on end-to-end implementations and complex cross-module integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust technical solutions that optimize our Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes while seamlessly integrating with HR/HCM master data and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust SAP ABAP solutions based on functional specifications across SAP SD and SAP HCM modules.

Implementation & Integration :

- Lead or actively participate in full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects, focusing heavily on the integration between Sales & Distribution (OTC) and HR/HCM data (e.g., Sales Personnel mapping, Commission structures, Employee Master Data sync).

RICEFW Objects :

- Develop and maintain complex Reports, Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, RFC, BAPIs), Conversions (BDC, LSMW), Enhancements (BAsIs, User Exits, Customer Exits), Forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms), and Workflows.

Functional Alignment :

- Collaborate closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Performance Tuning :

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ABAP code to ensure high performance and system efficiency.

Documentation :

- Prepare technical specification documents, unit testing logs, and code review documentation following standard SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical ABAP Core :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.

- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS), Web Dynpro, and standard RICEFW development.

- Proficient in Enhancement Framework (Explicit/Implicit enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and BTEs).

- Extensive experience in designing Interfaces (ALE/IDOCs, Web Services, OData services, BAPIs, and RFCs).

Functional Exposure & Integration (Must-Have) :

- SAP SD : Deep technical understanding of the Sales & Distribution module, including pricing procedures, billing, shipping, sales order processing, and partner determination.

- SAP HCM : Mandatory exposure to SAP HR/HCM modules. Must understand HR master data structures, Infotypes, Organization Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).

- Cross-Module Integration : Proven experience in implementing and managing the technical integration between SD and HCM (e.g., integrating employee master records with sales personnel/sales offices, time sheet integrations, or payroll-related sales commissions).

- Minimum of 1 to 2 end-to-end SAP implementation cycles is mandatory.
