SAP ABAP Consultant - HCM Module

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP-HR Developer with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules, integrations, and custom development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP, OData, Web Dynpro, RICEF, and SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP objects and integrations.

- Work on RICEF developments and enhancements.

- Develop and support integrations using OData and other integration technologies.

- Work with Web Dynpro applications.

- Develop and enhance solutions across SAP HCM modules.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Debug and troubleshoot ABAP programs and integration issues.

- Develop enhancements and custom objects based on business requirements.

Required Skills :

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.

- Strong experience in OData.

- Hands-on experience with Web Dynpro.

- Strong knowledge of RICEF objects.

- Experience in SAP HCM modules :

1. Personnel Administration (PA)

2. Organizational Management (OM)

3. Time Management

4. Payroll

- Experience in SAP integrations and interface development.

- Strong ABAP development and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Exposure to newer S/4HANA versions.

- Knowledge of modern SAP integration technologies.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
