Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP on HANA Developer to join our high-performing technical team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex SAP applications that drive critical business processes for our global clientele. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. By leveraging the advanced capabilities of SAP HANA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing system performance and delivering data-driven insights that directly impact our clients' operational efficiency and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop robust ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces to support end-to-end business requirements for diverse enterprise clients.

- Optimize existing code and database queries using SAP HANA-specific features like CDS views, AMDP, and ADBC to ensure superior system performance and reduced latency.

- Lead the technical design and implementation of RICEFW objects, ensuring alignment with best practices and project timelines to meet stakeholder expectations.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and performance tuning to maintain high standards of software quality and system stability across the SAP landscape.

- Partner with functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions that minimize downtime and improve user experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in core SAP ABAP development, including Object-Oriented programming, Web Dynpro, and IDOCs, with a deep understanding of the SAP HANA database architecture.

- Proven ability to design and implement CDS views, AMDP, and HANA-optimized coding techniques to deliver high-performance applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration within cross-functional, distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP development environments.

- High degree of adaptability and a proactive approach to learning emerging SAP technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
