Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to work as a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and supporting reliable SAP ECC ABAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP development, debugging, technical design, performance tuning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed technical designs.

- Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions across:

1. Reports

2. Interfaces

3. Conversions

4. Enhancements

5. Forms

- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and defect resolution.

- Support production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to development standards.

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.

- Work independently as a senior individual contributor and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.

- Strong expertise in SAP ECC development and support.

- Strong experience in ABAP technical design and development.

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong understanding of performance tuning and optimization.

- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.

- Experience working independently as a senior individual contributor.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with IDocs.

- Knowledge of BAPIs and RFCs.

- Experience with ABAP enhancements.

- Experience with SAP forms.

- Exposure to ABAP on HANA.
